Caution
It has been brought to our notice that some people have been trying to add their telephone/ mobile numbers as the contact numbers for bookings at Lilavati Hindu Sanitorium (“LHS”) on the Knowledge Panel of LHS website and trying to mislead people who may be interested in booking accommodation at LHS. Please note that these people could defraud you and you could end up making payments to them for fake bookings at LHS. You will end up losing moneys without getting a valid booking at LHS. You are, therefore, cautioned not to deal with such persons. Any dealing with such persons will be at your own risk. LHS or its Trustees/ management / staff do not accept any responsibility or liability to anyone for dealing with unauthorized persons.

Payments for bookings (along with the refundable security deposit) should be made online in advance in the designated bank account of LHS. LHS does not solicit or accept any other mode of payments like Google pay, PayTM, cash, etc. Receipts will be issued for all bookings and sent by courier. Please note that bookings are not confirmed without a valid receipt. It is mandatory to bring the original receipt at the time of entry.
Our accommodation falls under three categories:
- AC Small Cottage : One room kitchen
- AC Medium Cottage : One bedroom, living room and kitchen
- AC Large Cottage : Two bedrooms, living room and kitchen

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund (excluding GST), if the cancellation is made 30 days before the date of arrival.
- 50% refund (excluding GST), if the cancellation is made 20 days before the date of arrival.
- 25% refund (excluding GST), if the cancellation is made 15 days before the date of arrival.
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days before the date of arrival.
*Following charges are payable in addition to the rental charges:
- Extra person charges: ₹500 per head, per day
- Refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 is required for all accommodation types
- Electricity charges of Rs. 15/unit
- Parking charges of Rs. 100/day per vehicle
- All rates mentioned above are exclusive of 5% GST, which will be charged separately
- Cleaning and cook services are available at prevailing market rates. Please note that the cook’s services are subject to availability.
