The sanitorium’s rules are set up to protect all guests and ensure that the conduct of the guests is as per the policies decided by the management. These rules are strictly enforced by the sanitorium management and all guests have to comply to the rules herewith. Failure to follow these rules can result in eviction from the sanatorium and/or the applicable fine as decided by the management for each case. In cases of eviction, no refund will be granted.

  1. In case of serious illness Doctor’s certificate is required clearly stating the nature of illness and the timeframe required to be spent at the sanitorium.
  2. Reservations are done only after receiving the entire fee applicable for a specific block along with the required deposit.
  3. After a confirmed reservation, if a guest cannot occupy the assigned block, please notify the management well in advance (a month from the date of occupancy) so that the reservation can be cancelled and only deposit amount will be refunded
  4. The sanitorium is only authorized to accommodate registered guests. For this purpose, guests are supposed to carry their valid identity card like pan card, driving license, Aadhar card or passport to the management immediately upon arrival.
  5. Only in special cases, the sanatorium management may offer a guest accommodation other than the one which has been arranged, if it does not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed reservation.
  6. The sanitorium management may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different block to the one in which they were originally accommodated depending on availability. If no blocks are available, the guests need to check out as per the original reservation.
  7. Guests shall ensure that all facilities and/or goods listed in the check in document are in working condition. If anything is not working or missing, the guests need to notify the management immediately after checking into the block.
  8. The sanitorium management is not liable for personal jewellery, money or other valuables of the guests.
  9. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the blocks or on the premises of the sanatorium without the consent of the management.
  10. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 18 years of age without adult supervision in the block or other areas on the sanatorium premises.
  11. Guests are to use their blocks for the agreed period. If a guest has a reservation for 7 days, the check-in time is anytime between 10:00 am to 06:00 PM on the 1 st day. Guests checking-in after 6:00 PM will not be allowed and they need to stay at some other place for the night.
    A guest has to check out by 12: 00 noon on the 7 th day. If a guest fails to do this, the management is entitled to bill him/her for the 8 th day’s stay. In the event that the management has already reserved this block and the guest fails to heed requests to vacate the block on the 7 th day at 12:00 noon, or if he/she is not present in the block, the management reserves the right to catalogue the guest’s possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the block can be made ready for the guest for whom it has been reserved from the next day. The same check in and out policies are applicable for 15 and 30 days’ time period also.
  12. The occupants are liable for damage to items that have been taken into the property including blocks. Occupants are liable to pay for all damages by them which shall be determined by the management during the checkout procedure. Or occupants have to prove that they are not responsible for the damage. However, the sole discretion on the liability of damages shall be with the management.
  13. Unless stipulated otherwise in advance, guests are obliged to pay the prices for accommodation and services like electricity, cable etc. rendered in accordance with the applicable rates upon arrival.
  14. Unless stipulated otherwise in advance, guests are obliged to pay the prices directly to the concerned person for other services like cooking, cleaning etc. The sanatorium management is not responsible for the quality, services, issues, reliability and anything except for providing the contact details.
  15. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. Excessive noise (high volume music, loud talking, singing or laughing) is forbidden.
  16. Only quiet activities are permitted in the sanitorium.
  17. Guests are not allowed to have visitors on a daily basis. Visitors once a week are allowed. The sanitorium management reserves the right to refuse any such visitors.
  18. Alcoholic beverages, drugs including but not limited to Cocaine, Heroin, Marijuana, and Ecstasy, inflammable fuels are not permitted.
  19. Pets are not allowed.
  20. Disorderly conduct of any type will not be permitted.
  21. Entry into private areas of the sanitorium or the rooms of any other guests is forbidden.
  22. Floors and beds must be kept free of objects that would prevent the house keeping from being able to change linens and sweep the floors
  23. Meat and meat products are not permitted on the sanitorium premises. Guests need to strictly follow a vegetarian diet if they plan to cook or eat on the sanitorium premises. If not followed, the management has the right to ask the guest to leave the premises.
  24. Rooms are assigned at check-in and cannot be changed without prior authorization from the sanatoriums manager. 25. Extra charges are applicable for additional person(s), extra bed, bed sheets, pillows, electricity, gas, cleaning, washing, car parking etc. as per the enclosure.
  25. Clothes should be dried only on the clothes line provided at the rear side of each block. In case, there is a problem with the clothes line, guests should inform the management to fix the problem. Clothes should not be dried on the property like furniture, verandah railings etc. or on the lawn.
  26. Guests should not try fixing up the electrical appliances (including remote devices) and should inform the management in case they do not work.
  27. If a guest becomes ill or injured, the sanitorium can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expense and will inform on the emergency contact number provided by the occupant at the time of booking.
  28. Bills must be settled in cash payment only.
  29. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well shut the door as they leave and handover the remote devices to the manager.
  30. Block keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost keys will be charged.
