Artillery Museum:

The Artillery Museum in Nashik is the biggest artillery museum in not just Maharashtra or India but in Asia. It was relocated to India during the India-Pakistan partition. It is spread across 2 floors and is considered one of the best artillery centres in India for training pupils of the Indian Army

Gangapur Dam:

The Gangapur Dam, in Devlali, is one spot that you just shouldn’t miss. Lush green gardens provide a backdrop to this massive dam, making it a popular picnic spot.

Temples abound Devlali. Devotees from all over India flock to these temples to seek blessings and ask for forgiveness, with some of these temples considered pilgrimage sites. Some of the most prominent temples are:

  • Mukti Dham Temple: The temple is renowned and is situated around 8 km away from the heart of Nashik city. The temple is beautifully made in pure white.
  • Trimbakeshwar: Trimbakeshwar or Tryambakeshwar is an ancient Hindu temple in the town of Trimbak, Dedicated to the god Shiva, it is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. The origin of the sacred Godavari River is near Trimbak.
  • Saptashrungi Temple: Saptashrungi Devi Mandir is a Hindu temple situated near Nanduri village. The temple lies atop the cliff with an altitude of 1,230 m. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Saptashrungi.
  • Gyan Mandir: Dedicated to the Hindu saint < Shrimad Rajchandra, the gyan nmandir is a place of ultimate solitude and peace. Walking distance from our sanitorium
  • Someshwar: Someshwar Temple situated on the banks of Godavari River in Nashik, Maharashtra is one of the oldest and most prominent temple of Lord Shiva & Hanuman.
  • Dharm Chakra: the dharma chakra tirth on the Mumbai Nasik Highway gives a glimpse of Jainism and is a beautiful piece of architecture.
  • Balaji Temple: A good modern temple dedicated to Lord Sri Venkateswara of Tirumala Tirupathi with big assembly hall. It is on the banks of holy river Godavari and nearby beautiful waterfall.
  • Shirdi: The holy shrine of Sai Baba of Shirdi is a must day trip visit from Devlali. Shirdi Sai Baba, was an Indian spiritual master who is regarded by his devotees as a saint, a fakir, a Satguru and an incarnation of Lord Shiva and Dattatreya. He is revered by both his Hindu and Muslim devotees during, as well as after his lifetime
  • Shani Shingnapur: Shani Shinganapur is the popular temple of Shani, the Hindu god associated with the planet (graha) Saturn. Shingnapur is also famous for the fact that no house in the village has doors, only door frames.

Panachvati:

Holy land for the believers of Ramayana, Panchvati attracts a lot of pilgrims. A serene town located near Nasik, the site offers small sightings having a lot of significance in the epic of Ramayana.Given the legend of Panchvati, the place holds a lot of religious significance even in the present day. Sites such as the Kalaram Temple and the Sita Gufaa , Ram kund and Tapovan are on every pilgrims list. The Kumbh Mela takes place on the river banks of Godavari, and has a surplus of pilgrims from every corner of world during the occasion.

Pandavleni Caves:

The Pandavleni Caves, dating back to the 2nd or 3rd century BC, , are a group of 24 caves carved reflecting changes in Buddhist devotional practices.[2 The location of the caves is a holy Buddhist .Their name has nothing to do with the characters Pandavas, characters in the Mahabharata epic.
